The Quran Surah Al-Mudathir, Al-Naba, and Al-Haqqah describe Saqar Hell as a place of intense heat and punishment for those who reject Allah's guidance. The disbelievers will be punished for their denial of the message and their impatience for the punishment. The punishment is described as a flame, closed in pillars outstretched, and throwing sparks like palaces. The righteous, on the other hand, will be in a secure place.
Saqar is a name given to one of the levels or compartments of Hell in the Quran. It is described as a place of intense heat and flames, with punishment reserved for those who have been disobedient to Allah and His Messenger.
The Quran describes Saqar as a place of torment and punishment, with its flames reaching high above the heads of its inhabitants. The heat is said to be so intense that it melts the skin and causes the hearts to turn to charcoal. The inhabitants of Saqar will be given to drink boiling water and will have no relief from their suffering.
Saqar is mentioned in several verses of the Quran, including Surah Al-Muddaththir, verses 26-29:
"And Hell, that Day, is brought (face to face), – on that Day will man remember, but how will that remembrance (then) avail him? He will say: 'Ah! Would that I had sent forth (good deeds) for (this) my life!' So on that Day, none will punish as He will punish, – and none will bind as He will bind."
These verses serve as a warning to those who reject the truth and persist in disobedience to Allah. The punishment of Saqar is severe and serves as a reminder of the consequences of turning away from Allah's guidance.
Surah Al-Qamar, verse 46: "The disbelievers will be in the punishment of Hell, abiding eternally therein. It will not be lightened for them, and they will be overwhelmed in despair."
Surah Al-Ma'arij, verses 15-17: "Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will come. There is no one who can avert it. On the Day when the sky will be like molten metal, and the mountains will be like wool, and no friend will ask after a friend."
Surah Al-Humazah, verses 4-9: "No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher. And what can make you know what is the Crusher? It is the fire of Allah, fueled by men and stones, which is prepared for the disbelievers."
These verses, like the previous one, describe Saqar Hell as a place of punishment and torment for those who have rejected Allah's guidance and persist in disobedience. They emphasize the severity of the punishment and the fact that it is eternal and cannot be avoided.
