The glad tidings of Paradise given to the believers by Allah and His Messenger - in the Quran

The Quran verses from the Quran give glad tidings of Paradise to the believers who fear Allah, do good deeds, and follow His commandments. The reward of Paradise is described as an eternal abode of pleasure, adorned with luxuries, and beneath which rivers flow. Believers who enter Paradise will have their faces radiate with pleasure, be seated on adorned couches, and given pure wine. The reward of Paradise is described as a great attainment and a true promise from Allah, where the believers will abide eternally and not desire to leave. The Quran contains many verses that give glad tidings of Paradise to the believers, both from Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him).

Here are a few examples:

"Allah has promised the believing men and believing women gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally, and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence; but approval from Allah is greater. It is that which is the great attainment." (9:72) This verse speaks of the promise of Paradise to believing men and women, which includes gardens with flowing rivers and eternal abode in pleasant dwellings. However, the approval of Allah is considered even greater than this reward.

"And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally." (2:25) This verse also speaks of the reward of Paradise for those who believe and do good deeds, which includes gardens with rivers and provision of fruits. The verse also mentions purified spouses as a reward for believers.

"Race toward forgiveness from your Lord and a Garden whose width is like the width of the heavens and earth, prepared for those who believed in Allah and His messengers. That is the bounty of Allah which He gives to whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty." (57:21) This verse urges believers to race towards seeking forgiveness and describes the reward of Paradise as being a vast garden prepared for those who believe in Allah and His messengers.

"Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds - for them are gardens beneath which rivers flow. That is the great attainment." (85:11) This verse emphasizes that the great attainment is for those who believe and do righteous deeds, who will be granted gardens beneath which rivers flow.

"And those who believe and do righteous deeds - We will surely admit them among the righteous [into Paradise]." (29:9) This verse promises believers who do good deeds that they will be admitted to Paradise among the righteous.

"Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties [in exchange] for that they will have Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah, so they kill and are killed. [It is] a true promise [binding] upon Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Quran. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? So rejoice in your transaction which you have contracted. And it is that which is the great attainment." (9:111) This verse speaks of the promise of Paradise as a transaction that Allah has made with the believers, wherein they give their lives and properties in exchange for Paradise. The verse emphasizes the importance of fighting in the cause of Allah and the great attainment that is the reward of Paradise.

"But those who feared their Lord will have gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding eternally therein, as accommodation from Allah. And that which is with Allah is best for the righteous." (3:198) This verse emphasizes that those who fear Allah and follow His commandments will have gardens beneath which rivers flow as their eternal abode.

"Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure. On adorned couches, observing. You will recognize in their faces the radiance of pleasure. They will be given to drink [pure] wine [which was] sealed. The last of it is musk. So for this let the competitors compete." (83:22-26) This verse describes the pleasure that the righteous will experience in Paradise, where they will be seated on adorned couches, given pure wine, and experience the radiance of pleasure.

"Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - they will have the Gardens of Paradise as a lodging. Wherein they abide eternally. They will not desire from it any transfer." (18:107-108) This verse emphasizes that the believers who do righteous deeds will have Paradise as their lodging, where they will abide eternally and not desire any transfer from it.

Overall, these verses speak of the glad tidings of Paradise that Allah has promised to the believers, which include gardens, flowing rivers, pleasant dwellings, purified spouses, and eternal abode. These rewards are emphasized as being a great attainment and a manifestation of Allah's bounty and generosity.
