Muhammad - pressuring woman for marriage, according to the Quran

Quran states that those who obey and follow the Prophet Muhammad, and those who believe in Allah and fear Him, will be blessed with a great reward. This verse emphasizes the importance of following the guidance of the Prophet and holding onto faith in Allah as the key to success in the afterlife. It also highlights the close relationship between obeying the Prophet and having fear and reverence for Allah.

The verse 33:52 in the Quran states:

“It is not lawful for you [believers] to marry women whom you have inherited against their will, nor to put pressure on them so that you may take away part of what you have given them, unless they are guilty of immoral conduct manifest for which reason, God Himself has given you permission [to dissolve the marriage]” (Quran 33:52).

This verse addresses the issue of forced marriages and provides clear guidelines for Muslims. It states that it is not lawful for a believer to marry a woman who has inherited property against her will or to pressure her to give up part of her inheritance. Additionally, it only allows a Muslim to dissolve the marriage if the woman is guilty of immoral conduct, which is manifestly clear. This verse emphasizes the importance of respecting the rights of women and ensuring that they are not oppressed or forced into marriages against their will.
