Prophet Zakariya (Zechariah) - in the Quran

Zakariya (Zechariah) is a prophet in Islam who is believed to have been a righteous and pious man. He is mentioned in the Quran as a prophet who prayed for a child and was granted a son, Yahya (John the Baptist), who would become a prophet himself.
