Some daily prayers from Hadith

Islam views prayer as an essential part of worship and accords it great significance. It is one of the Five Pillars of Islam and is referred to as "Salah" (sometimes spelled "Salat"). Muslims can communicate directly with Allah, their Creator, through prayer.

The act of praying is done at certain times of the day and night and consists of vocal, physical, and spiritual components. Muslims are obligated to pray five times a day, with specific actions and prayers for each prayer.

There are several uses for prayer in Islam. It's a way to show one's allegiance and submission to God, as well as to ask for forgiveness, express thankfulness, and look to God for direction and assistance in life. It aids in preserving a spiritual bond with Allah and serves as a reminder to Muslims of their ultimate goal and obligations.

Islam views prayer as a regular act of worship, a direct line of communication with God, and a way to pursue spiritual development, direction, and intimacy with the Almighty.
