'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:

When Messenger of Allah (PBUH) missed the optional night Salat (Tahajjud) due to pain or any other reason, he would perform twelve Rak'ah during the day time.[Muslim].

- وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت‏:‏ كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا فاتته الصلاة من الليل من وجع أو غيره، صلى من النهار ثنتي عشرة ركعة‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

Riyad as-Salihin » The Book of Visiting the Sick 

Al-Qasim bin Muhammad reported 'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) said:

"Oh, my head." (It was hurting due to pain.) Thereupon the Prophet (PBUH) said, "Rather it is I who says: 'Oh, my headache."' (Then Al-Qasim narrated the complete narration).[Al- Bukhari].

- وعن القاسم بن محمد قال‏:‏ قالت عائشة رضي الله عنها‏:‏ وا رأساه فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الله عليه وسلمى الله عليه وسلم الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏"‏بل أنا وا رأساه‏"‏ وذكر الحديث‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه البخاري‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

Sunan an-Nasa'i » The Book of Qiyam Al-Lail (The Night Prayer) and Voluntary Prayers During the Day 

It was narrated from Aishah that:

When the Messenger of Allah (SAW) did not pray at night because he was prevented from doing so by sleep- meaning, sleep overwhelmed him- or by pain, he would pray twelve rak'ahs during the day.

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا لَمْ يُصَلِّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ مَنَعَهُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ نَوْمٌ أَوْ وَجَعٌ صَلَّى مِنَ النَّهَارِ ثِنْتَىْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً ‏.‏

Sunan Abi Dawud » The Rites of Hajj (Kitab Al-Manasik Wa'l-Hajj) 

Narrated Anas ibn Malik:

The Messenger of Allah (saws) had himself cupped on the surface of his foot because of a pain in it while he was in the sacred state (wearing ihram). Abu Dawud said: I heard Ahmad say: "Ibn Abi 'Arubah narrated it in Mursal form". Meaning from Qatadah.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ عَلَى ظَهْرِ الْقَدَمِ مِنْ وَجَعٍ كَانَ بِهِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ سَمِعْتُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ أَرْسَلَهُ يَعْنِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ‏.‏

Narrated Salmah:

the maid-servant of the Messenger of Allah (saws), said: No one complained to the Messenger of Allah (saws) of a headache but he told him to get himself cupped, or of a pain in his legs but he told him to dye them with henna.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَزِيرِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ حَسَّانَ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَوَالِي، حَدَّثَنَا فَائِدٌ، مَوْلَى عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ مَوْلاَهُ، عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ، سَلْمَى خَادِمِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَتْ مَا كَانَ أَحَدٌ يَشْتَكِي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَجَعًا فِي رَأْسِهِ إِلاَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ احْتَجِمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ وَلاَ وَجَعًا فِي رِجْلَيْهِ إِلاَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ اخْضِبْهُمَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏
